"I'm moving to Selah" -Ana

Hello All! Not a ton to share, but on Tuesday, we Skyped home! Which was wonderful and weird. Some pictures have been included of Dex trying to take all the screen time haha. I do also have pictures of Bailee and Spencer showing off their double chins, but I think I'll save those for blackmail ;) It's been a tough week. I've mentally done a lot of comparing and have felt like a total failure. We haven't been able to find many people who want to even talk to us either. BUT its required me to put all of my faith in the Lord and its opening my eyes to even the slightest prompting and the tiniest miracle, so it hasn't been a waste, just different lessons to be learned.  Selah keeps trying to snow and it'll go just enough to get about an inch on the ground and then give up.. keep hoping we'll have a massive snowstorm or something 1. so I can wear my snow boots and 2. because they need moisture in the mountains or they'll have no water come summer.. we sh

"Handcrafted Happiness"

Hola mi Familia y Amigos...(please understand that I took German in high school and am an English-speaking missionary, so if that is wrong, I apologize) Anywho, lots of little things this week: we delivered cool wreaths that Sister Darling made, we helped Sister Carlson feed her goats, we invited a TON of people to church and Lacey and Christina came for the first time like ever. The picture of the three littles is from when we went to the Lukes. I made Sophie, Cameron, and Caden name tags and they had to tell us what missionary thing they did to earn their tag :) Sister Cate offered to let us use her Estonian rabbit fur hat if we get cold lol. The Godfreys gave us GARRET'S POPCORN literally the day after I was telling Sister Tenney about it. Also, IT SNOWED.. so Christmas can come now :) Brad gets home from treatment today and he and Amanda are doing very well, its a very Merry Christmas indeed. I love you all!! Sister Shuldberg

"Are you eating the Bible I gave you?!?" -Ally to baby sister Emma

Hello one and all!  Jersey came to church yesterday! :) She is a girl we met a couple weeks ago after reaching out to the missionaries who were here last year and they'd mentioned her parents. When we met her, she asked if we could come read the Bible with her because "I need church". Of course, we agreed. She came for choir practice beforehand and stayed the whole time. Her first Sunday, she was there for over 4 hours, and she loved every bit of it :) and they loved her :)  We also got to do some community-lighting this week! If you aren't friends with me on Facebook.. shame on you, but it's okay, I will share. Selah has a couple places around that have apples with the word Selah in them(probably because Washington apples, and because Treetop is located here) so we went in to City Hall Tuesday morning and asked the mayor if she would be okay with us adding something to the one just outside the building, she said yes :) She also asked me to tell the man walkin

"Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late." -Brother Baugh

*clears throat* I want to formally apologize for the lack of details and stories in my emails recently, I have slacked, and I solemnly promise to be better.  We have had such a busy week! Trio, Transfers, teaching and trying not to freeze in the SNOW(love). Sister Shepherd went home last week, so we went with her and Sister Hatch to the mission home Monday afternoon and then became a trio! which was odd, and super fun! As said trio, we got gas(see pic) wrote in transfer journals, and taught some amazing lessons: one was with the Luke family-the 8 and 10 yr old boys were baptized on September 1(#bestdayever) and so we've been meeting with them semi-regularly and they are so excitable and slightly crazy haha. AS we left, Sophie couldn't stop giggling lol. But the sweetest thing happened like two days later. Caden(8 y/o) hadn't been there when we went over and he was sad that Sister McKnight was leaving, so we went back just so he could tell her bye. Then yesterday during
